How to Book

THREE KEY THINGS.......

The first key is knowing that rental pricing is based on availability as it stands for the time you wish to travel. When there are more vehicles available for your dates, the price will be cheaper; when there are more vehicles available in a certain category, you will often find a larger vehicle is cheaper than a smaller one.

The second key is to that the EARLIER you book, the more availability there will be for the sates you wish to travel and hence the cheaper the price will be. As there is NO DEPOSIT to pay, booking early is not a problem for most people.. and most people are now getting to know this!

The third key is knowing that, when you call us, you will be given prices for everything - the entire rental time, mileage, insurance, kits, one-way fees if applicable, early pick up option and taxes. We leave nothing to chance.

QUOTATION: WHAT YOU AND WE NEED TO KNOW……..

HOW MANY ARE TRAVELLING? We will discuss the best vehicle choice.
HOW FAR WILL YOU BE DRIVING? We will discuss a possible driving route so we can be pretty accurate on mileage to include.
BEDDING KITS? The cost will be shown to prepay - or you can pay on pick up.
ONE WAY RENTAL? All one-way rentals must be requested manually from Cruise America HQ and cannot be booked on line; this is the one occasion you MUST call us, and it is even more important to BOOK EARLY for a one-way rental. One way fees are normally between $190 and $690 including tax.
FULL INSURANCE COVERAGE? Yes – it will be included and full details will be sent to you in advance.
FEDERAL AND STATE TAX? Everything is subject to state or provincial tax; we will always include it unless there are particular LOCAL TAXES that can only be paid on pick up.
THE ONLY THING WE CAN NOT COLLECT IN ADVANCE. The last thing you need to know about it the refundable security deposit of $500 and is payable when you pick up. This is the one thing you cannot prepay. It will be charged to your credit card on pick up day and any extra mileage charges or damages will be charged against this deposit.
